Pope Benedict Attacked during Midnight Mass

Some Woman jumped the barriers in Saint Peters Basilica whilst the Introit was in process. She launched herself at Ratzinger and knocked him to the ground.

Vatican Police and body guards decended and arrested her. The Pope is said to be shakened but unharmed. He continued to Celebrate Christmas Mass which ended about an hour ago local time Italy.

Last year, another Woman tried to get Benedict during the Recessional but she was prempted by the Vatican Police before she could get close.

I dont think Benedict has spoken about that...but he is a Strict Conservative Roman Catholic...he will say exactly the opposite of the Christian Right on this Forum...they say he isnt Christian because he is Roman Catholic...he will say they are not Christians because they are Protestant
