UFC 108 looks horrible............
At least this means I don't feel as bad about some of the sub standard english cards!
To be honest, onlly Evans v Thiago has me slightly interested Hopefully they will chuck in another half decent fight

I dont think it looks that bad.
Evan vs Silva is an interesting fight Lauzon vs Stout should be fun to watch Daley vs Hazelett will be interesting (at least till Hazelett subs Daley) Sherk is also on this card. I find him boring as hell but others like him Yvel is also on this card. How can you not be excited to see somone who has losses by DQ (KO'd the referee), DQ (Eye Gouging) and DQ (Biting). The fact that there is a chance he could KO the ref makes this card worth buying IMO.

sometimes you cant always judge the quality of a card by the people who are on it. I mean, sometimes a whole load of relative no-names can make a card fantastic if they fight the right way. You dont need a good main event for a brilliant card...the trouble is, you dont know until you watch it...and you have to pay for it before you watch it...thats the problem, do you take the risk.
of course in this country if you have the sky package to see it, its free...and if you dont you cant see it at all can you...maybe if you are lucky you can catch a stream...but then you dont pay for that so it doesnt matter.

IMO there isn't a good card until 110.
109?? COME ON * Mark Coleman vs. Randy Couture * Josh Koscheck vs. Paulo Thiago * Antonio Rogerio Nogueira vs. Brandon Vera * Nate Marquardt vs. Chael Sonnen * Matt Serra vs. Frank Trigg I literally wouldn't pay to see any of those fights other than Nog / Vera. (and thats because its Nog, not Vera) 110 looks pretty good. Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira vs. Cain Velasquez Michael Bisping vs. Wanderlei Silva Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic vs. Ben Rothwell* Ryan Bader vs. Keith Jardine

Other than the main event, 109 looks every bit as good as 110, IMHO. I do agree 108 should be free on Spike.
