I can't see where Diego beats Penn anywhere.

and he is right, look at what BJ did to Stevenson, then look at Diego and Joe's fight.
I mean... a decision over Guida after that... come on.

ya but by that same token could you not say that Diego smashed Florian to
win the ultimate fighter in under 2 min, and it took BJ 4 rounds to beat Kenny.

Having said that BJ is sick. I watched his fight with Hughes tonight. At the time when Hughes had the best takedowns in MMA it took him forever to take BJ down. Then he wasn't effective on top of BJ, Penn's guard is crazy & maybe the best in MMA. BJ then makes an amazing switch & gets Matt's back.

Of course he gassed after that. But a well conditioned BJ at 155 is one sick
fighter.

Not the same, for one the stevenson fights were both recent,
and for two he didn't try to beat him for 4 rounds, he started trying in the 4th.

I think the concept behind BJ's new training is really cool. everything starts through the feet.
On a side note: I think Diego's UFC blog is really entertaining. that guy is nuts.

That was a totally different Kenny Florian back then. He's improved a lot more than Diego has. Diego v Kenny 2 is a fight I want to see, I think it'd be very entertaining.
