Well as some of you know in the few days ive been here that im in afghanistan and i will be getting R&R around the 14th so i will be home for christmas
(finally). Iam trying to get in the best shape i can by working out daily or every other day (mission dependent) and running/ jump roping for cardio. ill be in transit and on leave for a total of like 21 days. While here i stick to eating grilled chicken, baked chicken, veggies, pasta and baked potatoes the only "flavor" i add is shredded cheese. if i cant get those i try to just get some sliced turkey lettuce and tomato. For the 20ish days im back home and flying if i pig out on christmas and new years and dont work out how much damage will that do to all the work ive been putting into getting into shape? im kinda confusing sometimes sry >< |

Where is "home" for you? Ft Bragg? I'm just being nosey. It has nothing to do with nutrition or training.

You deserve to pig out a few days though. Remember psychologists say anything you do for 21 days straight becomes a habit so break it up a bit. |

I take NO xplode and NITRIX but im not feeling anything today.. should i hit chest again and do more jump rope after work today? or just next time do more.. mind u after 1000 jump ropes and 4 chest workouts i was burnt out,.. but right now i feel like i didnt even work out 22 hours ago any advice? |
