I have a friend at work that was walking in to the time clock with me. She had just had an argument with her man. Just was talking shyte like I haven't ever heard. Then she glanced at me and said, "Oh I'm sorry. Let me get my ghetto turned off before we get in here."

She is too funny.

I hope that changes.

You have to understand.. Dr. Martin Luther King was a great man and cared for others..(there was another side to him as well that wasn't the "great guy".. but we are all that way..)

J. Jackson and Al Sharpton do not even come close to filling Dr. Kings shoes. Even put together, not even half way there.

Yes, I know, I was just being ironic (or maybe sarcastic, I shouldn't do that). I remember Dr. King, he was a hero to me.

Well... I don't know if I'd say that all of the self proclaimed leaders of the black community are bigoted... but this statement is certainly suspect. I agree with NateR that this is a completely close minded (and racist...?) statement for Jesse Jackson to make. Completely unacceptable and non-representational of all black americans.
