Suprisingly it doesnt hurt that much now though...very strange and it keeps superheating aswell.

Dave, it will heal with time. Keep it covered with bandages and use antibiotic ointment on it as well since it is so open. It could have used stitches probably but it's done with now. You have a time limit on that really. So keep it clean, watch for signs of infection: more swelling, redness around it, pus or drainage that is discolored or smells foul, streaks running from your fingertip to your hand, etc. The heat without those signs is fine. Your body is trying to heal it and keep infection down by increasing blood flow and the nerve endings are being stimulated which is where pain comes from. Extra vitamin C from citrus fruits or juice or supplements and a little extra protein in your diet will help heal you faster.

Hell yeah, just cut one of the "light days" ones in half, and there you go. Also, use medicated nasal spray, that stops most of my cocaine-related bleeding.
