Having lost two close relative to colon cancer I wonder if this is something anyone on here would recommend.

The whole process sounds very uncomfortable
Ive had 2 of them.
They really aren't as uncomfortable as I had build myself up to beleive,
that being said... its still pretty weird.

But yeah, you feel a lot better for sure, its noticeable, and you lose a few lbs.

Thanks for the feedback everyone!
I'll try the soda stuff and the acai berry juice.
***warning TMI ahead***
of course none of you are skipping this part are you... I've increased both my fiber and my water intake (about 10 pints of water a day at work and more in the evenings. I've noticed that i've been having episodes of extreme loose bowels. Could this be from the over hydration?

Yeah Tenn's gut story is stomach turning?

You really only need to drink it until your movements are clear. If you get that before drinking the whole thing, it's enough. Most people don't drink enough and their pictures are "muddy". You want them to be able to clearly see the lining of your colon or you are wasting the test. Drink till it's clear or you might as well not do it at all. And they give you great drugs for it.

You were supposed to get drugs, they just didn't like you and wanted to torture you for fun. Kidding. For colonoscopies you get drugs.
