UFC Heavyweight Champion, Brock Lesnar as he submitted Brazillian Jiu Jitsu Champion

Brock is already a purple belt I hear.

Ive seen this on several websites but there all quoteing it from the 5th round website and I cant find anything on it there

I don't beleive he is going through the belt ranks is he?
I thought Comprido was just teaching him BJJ for MMA,
as opposed to traditional ranked BJJ classes.

I'll rephrase. Purple Belt level.


I don't think Comprido would rank him unless he trained in the GI too.

Bravo as far as I know is the only guy out there who gives ranks for stricly NO-GI.

Brock has won the title in a very short amount of time. We are not used to seeing a fighter come in with his lack of experience and win like he has. I give him a lot of props for the training he is doing. Every fight you see a better brock and a dominating performance. The guy is a work horse and a beast. He may not win BJJ titles, but the training may help him stay out of some subs.
