Controversial measure would require DNA sampling at arrest

Having your DNA added to a database doesn't mean you're guilty of anything. It just makes it easier to identify your body or catch you if you DO commit a crime. Since I don't commit crimes, I'm not worried about it.

i have a problem with this ... like someone else pointed out, i think it will lead to less good police work and more false convictions ... i got nothing to hide, but the police have been known to do some pretty shady things in the past to get convictions .... i'll keep my dna thanks ... and if i ever get convicted of a crime, they can take it then .....

plus, if the dna got into the wrong hands, they could clone people like me and county mike .... could you imagine more than one of us walking around? come to think of it, the world would probably be a better place ....

Sounds like a great idea to me. More of me means fewer unsatisfied women. It's really a good plan. I propose cloning starts now.

Besides, I can send one of my clones to work while I go play golf and stuff.

after they swab , then they will be wanting to put id chips , you know for tracking reasons . Then one day you will have to scan your hand where they put the chip to get your grocceries. Im sure you can see where i am going with this . so no , this is not a good idea in any way shape or form.

Thanks to my old habits the state of Washington already has my DNA on hand.
They took it the day I was released from custody.
