I can handle the eggs and cheese bread, but the sardines...
I don't mind raw tuna and eat that sometimes post-workout or when I need a protein boost before I go donate plasma, but if you're gunning for some Omega-3's, I'd much prefer Fish Oil supplements. I have a nutrition cookbook that I could send you via e-mail if you'd like. It's one of John Berardi's books (www.johnberardi.com & www.precisionnutrition.com). It has healthy recipes that are a bit more tasty. |

I prefer Pork Chops or steak! I also like Fried Chicken,Fried Taters,Baked Taters and such like!
