its easy to say when youre not the owner of the business. the fact of the matter is that there is no upside for the ufc of co promoting especially for just one fighter that most casual fans dont even know about.

the HW division is pretty weak compared to the others. there are not a whole lot of top contenders to choose from. no matter who they put against lesnar people will probably keep asking if they deserve the title shot right now (besides mir or noguiera)

To date I don't think Lesnar has physically knocked anyone's head off while Carwin has at least 2 head knock offs under his belt, possibly more.
