They have been doing that for a few years now here in Toronto .. Pass, Conditional Pass (don't ask me what that is) and Fail .. so a restaurant is closed down when it fails and can't reopen until it passes and they have to keep the poster saying that it failed until it passes (so they can't say "Closed for Renovations" or whatever) ... something like that ...

In Kentucky they are given a percentage grade! If memory serves the little store in town has a paper on their door that Say's 97%! I ain't real sure what the minimum passing grade is. If I think about it I may look it up tomorrow. Unless somebody wants to go ahead and look it up for me!

This is pretty much the norm in every liberl precint, county, state etc. However this is one liberal idea I like. Being in the resturant biz for as long as I have had, I know just how bad it typically is.
