Karo / Kim

Wow, horrible decision. Very horrible.

Round 1.
Kim TD at 440, into Karo's guard, back up. 207 Kim armbar attempt.
Karo ends up on top, Kim goes for a triangle, Kim to Karo's back again.
Clinch to end.

Round 2.
Striking = clinch to the cage. Kim TD at 412, Karo Kimura attempt. 240 Karo TD,
up at 220, some striking, round ends.

Round 3.
Clinch, Kim TD at 230ish, Karo throws illegal kick to the face, very clearly.
No point taken (for some odd reason).
Kim stays in control, Karo stops TD by fence grab, ref doesn't notice.

I don't see how if you saw the fight round 1 was even a debate.
So I assume the debate is over round 3, because Karo did well in round 2.
I thought Kim was in control, did more, was more aggressive, etc..
I don't see how anybody could give Karo round 1 or 3.

Yeah I posted this after the fight but was surprised to see that no one really agreed with me. Glad someone does. Karo looked like crap and basically did nothing.

I actually gave round 2/3 to Karo but agreed Karo looked like crap. The 3rd I blamed the ref for this bad round as those two were clinched almost the whole round and he did nothing to get them to work.
I would like to see a rematch,but I'm tired of seeing rematches..Let Kim face Yoshida/kos and let Karo face Fitch/Yoshida.
I like Karo,but I won't say I'm a huge Nuthugger of his I just think hes got alot of potential,but just seems content on not progressing his skills. So,hopefully being with Greg Jackson he will reach his potential or at least get near it..

As opposed to Guida who looked good but still did nothing.

Honestly, I know ulitmately it's the judges decision, but it really seems as if the UFC doesn't want to push Asian fighters in the least. Kim's a good fighter and so is Okami. It just seems they're kind of hated on for some reason.

Exactly... He did nothing to win that fight. He looked horrible,
he got one solid sweep.
