Looks like he got a face lift and they over lifted.

It's possible that he was having some peripheral vision obstruction. I've none guys that as they aged they had to have some surgery because the skin on sides on the brow begins to sag down and obstruct vision. he actually looks more like old Wandy now. might have also had some sinus work done.

blessssssssssssss. Never has the Word been more applicable then in the case of He. "Man looks at the outward appearence, but GOD looks at the heart" Mr W Silva is without doubt the worlds most fugly Fighter period. But he has a heart of absolute Gold.

Perhaps someone told him how...strange he looks and he felt low enough in self esteem to actually try to change his appearence
