She got cheated on and is over shadowed in diplomatic capability in every sense of the word. I'd be insecure too if I where her. Bill is far more qualified and capable then she is.

Bill would have made an excellent secretary of state. I don't say I like the mans lifestyle or some of his policy decisions but as far as diplomacy goes no one is better.
