The grammar chatter in this post is better than the original topic chatter.

well, in both cases, forrest and kimbo were coming into the punch, so that adds some oomph to the punch .. forrest was out on his back while kimbo was stunned and then the on slaught on the ground continued which lead to the stoppage ..

Yeah, maybe, but I still don't think you can really compare the two:
  • Forrest
    • Fighting P4P king of MMA
    • Already dropped twice by power punches
    • Running full out into the oncoming punch
  • Kimbo
    • Fighting a washed out TUFer
    • 100% freshsince the fight had just started
    • Leaning forward after getting stopped by a push kick
There's a huge difference between run into a punch as opposed to being slowed/stopped by a kick & leaning in for the clinch. You really cannot try comparing the two unless you're a Forrest hater (which I don't think you are) or a Kimbo nut-hugger (which I also don't think you are). Also, Anderson wound up a lot more than people think. If you watch the profile camera angle (as opposed to the over-Anderson's-shoulder angle we had when it happened live), you can clearly see that he brings his arm up & back before throwing the punch. Seth, on the other hand, didn't have the option of winding up because he was backed up against the fence.
