I know exactly what he means by not concentrating on the clapping part of the pushup |

Regarding the toenail....thank you.
My buddy says I should flip the pic to make it look like a smiley face. Some of the blood pool edge stain kinda did that anyway. It's from 2 summers ago when a 35 came down on it and snapped the the end bone. It was in the garage. I just thought, "That didn't sound like iron on concrete," until pain came streaking up my stomach and chest in 2 lines, up the neck and into my ears. The toe didn't directly hurt for a minute, but I decided that I should lay down in the garage and put it up on the bench for a sec. I drove to the clinic (not ER, there nothing to do for a toe) just to get a cheap X-ray and see it if the parts were still in line or not (they were). The doc was getting irritated because I was in so much pain that I couldn't stop laughing. He said that wasn't normal. A buddy calculated (I have odd friends) the force (moment of inertia, etc) for how the weight fell and it was the equivalent of standing under a couple thousand pounds very suddenly. The photo was a couple days later after burning the drainage holes. The doc who did that was a little bugged that the left hole didn't blow out as well as it should have...so she burned a little deeper (ow). I hope you're laughing by now. Think slapstick... except it was real. |

I have seen Mark do that while stacking hay bales on a 50 foot trailer, he was killing time when he was waiting for me to bring the bales to him.
