Default Matt's Next Conditioning Exercise

(...Been wanting to post this for a long time.)
This is a little older, and you've probably seen it before.
Working one's way up to this stability and skill is awesome.

I'll never be able to do this because of prior injuries, but it's still motivating
to see. So, besides it being awesome, I'm putting it in the training section
to motivate you guys.

( I'll bet it Matt could do 5, then Mark could do 6. )

Matt is an absolute BEAST!! It's gotta be from working on the farm...that takes so much strength and balance....geez man...definitely motivating...and humbling.

Matt needs to add this to his list of impressive physical feats in which he out-performs all others. We've seen Carl's Challenge & the 100 Pound Club, I think it's time for a third installment in the saga of dominance!

It's cool to see Matt doing gymnastic training. I told Nate awhile ago to get Matt some rings, I'd like to see what he could do on those.

Matt should try a press handstand or planche.
