I would say Krav Maga, I am, an instructor and in my humble opinion nothing teaches you to disable attackers as well. It was desisgend with disabling your opponent and moving on as quickly (and brutaly at times) as possible. On a side not if you ever did fancy then fighting MMA Krav Maga will prove pretty useless as many of the strikes are illegal, I still attend my local MMA gym for that reason.

However I will say I attended a keysi fighting method seminar about a month ago and that looks very impressive, I know very little about it though.
