I agree with you logrus, but he's trying not to gain weight, either in the form of muscle or fat.
Simple answer, reduce your calories and find out how many per day it takes for you to maintain your current weight.

I just found out my problem I was takeing more then 30 grams of protein in one shot so the extra just sits and turns to fat. I cut down to about 28 grams3 times a day that I work out. (I was takeing 60 in 1 shot twice a day) Iam down to 168 so 160
