This is right up there with carrying rocks underwater--kind of impressive--but this is going to help him in an MMA fight exactly how? Last time I checked Florian was taller than 3ft

I guess if he get's tossed into a pool, he can jump right back out hehe. If you are flexible enough, which Bj is known to be, then you only actually have to get your hips above the threshold. It's not easy by any means, but it isn't all just brute strength.
