Rumor Shogun vs. Machida

rampage should get the title shot but i guess they decided having him coach tuf... again... is a better business choice to make money.

the whole match is pointless and a shame, because shogun is just starting to get better again and now he will lose and go back to the bottom. he doesn't deserve a title shot right now and i want to see them build him up slowly because he could become a sensation if they slowly build him

I would have liked to see Shogun get another fight or two under his belt but if he is on form he's going to be Machida's toughest test by far. This has got all the potential to be fight of the year.

Rampage actually was offered the fight with machida but he opted to fight Rashad first after coaching TUF. If shogun wins it will set up a much anticipated rematch between jackson and Shogun. That is if Rampage gets by Evans. I think that's a tough style matchup.
