He's to inconsistent, and Lesner is not the only one to say anything about Maz and this isn't the first time D.W has trashed him. Maz has a tendency to let a chair shot go, and then the next fight deduct 2 points for an accidental back of the head shot to a fighter whos twisting to get the cheap call. He waits an hour to stop the fight and then he stops the fight when the guy slips.

UFC, Wec, Strikeforce Elite have all had fighters say the same thing about the guy.

Forrest actually said that he told Maz to give him extra time to try & recover in the pre-fight Q&A. Dunno if he wanted that much time, but he said he always asks the refs to hold off a bit if he's in trouble.

that's even worse. Mazz is allowing fighters to tell him how to ref?

as i said in another thread mazzagatti is a shady ref. frankie hit tyson griffin in the jewels and it was obvious so tyson looks at mazzagatti and he says fight on. what the heck is that about? there was another fight where he did something crazy like that but i cant remember it for the life of me
