Ryan Renolds is too much of a comedic type for this, but I never would have thought that Robert Downey Jr. would make a good Iron Man. So I'm willing to give Reynolds a chance.
I'm not such a big Green Lantern fan that getting this wrong would be akin to sacriledge in my mind, but I do like the concept and the character enough to want to see it done right. I'm just waiting for the Martian Manhunter movie. A Booster Gold or Blue Beetle movie would be cool too.

it could have been worse as a pick.
There were rumours a while back of a green arrow movie with the guy from dukes of hazzard (who was jonathon kent in smallville)
