I can respect a fighter's performance even if he fought matt in the past (especially if i am a fan of both fighter's)

I guess we are supposed to hate the entire welter weight division. I'm really glad now that Matt doesnt jump around to different weight classes or we'd have to quit watching altogether

And for the record, when Matt fought GSP I was screaming for GSP's blood and cried when Matt lost. How ya like me now?

Guilty as charged .. and i got banned .... it was after the first fight and i said, the outcome was what i thought was going to happen .... didn't compliment GSP or diss Matt though ...

i guess if finishing half of his last 6 fights is struggling, then GSP is struggling big time ....

what the heck are you talking about? this is a matt hughes forum of course no one is gonna get crazy when matt takes a loss. ive always been a gsp fan and i laughed when he beat bj and im laughing now. at least im not like certain people who will always hate on him or try to discredit his wins.

Georges beat a guy last night that totally destroyed the last 6 opponents he faced and some of you are saying because he didn't finish him that it somehow makes GSP look bad,lol,
if thats really true then what does that say about the rest of the welterweight division when even though Alves lost last night he would still be considered the #1 contender in the division in most peoples eyes.
