Also...I've never heard someone speak portuguese and make it sound like japanese before. He speaks it through his nose...and portuguese is not a tonal language like many Oriental ones. Changing the pitch of the same sound in Chinese, changes its meaning in some cases...A nightmare, I suspect, if you come down with a cold...but also perfectly possible for a westerner to do. Carlos Newton speaks fluently one of the Oriental Languages...sounds completely different to the way other languages are spoken. Its not just the speech, its the way the speech is spoken. Tonal Languages are very distinct because all other languages are monotone...unless someone is speaking after inhilation of helium...obvious
