It kind of looks like fluid. My brother-in-law had fluid build up around his elbow (don't remember what the doc said caused it) and his elbow looked like this. I think he had to get it drained.

I thought his elbow looked funky during the weigh ins.

I remember GSP having a buildup of fluid in his knee a while back. I don't think it will affect his pree-for-munce. He'll lose with or without it. we need to be on the lookout for fluid buildup on his back and shoulders
