i didn't think so, but no one made a comment so i thought i would point it out, i am not that up on movies and stuff so it took me longer to figure it out

Well, first of all, you can't edit video in Photoshop, so it's impossible for this to have been completely created in Photoshop. Whoever did this must have exported movie clips out as frames and painted in all the cat makeup one frame at a time. Then imported those modified frames back into their video editing software. Extremely time consuming process and I'm not sure if the final result was worth all that effort.
