I'm getting good results (Still too skinney.) with a crappy diet and doing basic exerciseses on my fitness rings.
People that actually dedicate themselfs to their training and diet can have great results without steroids.
i'm not talking muscle mass only. i'm talking muscle mass, muscle endurance/cardio. aerobic and anaerobic specifically.
anyone can run 5 miles a day but that is aerobic. take those guys and see how much endurance they have after wrestling for 10 minutes. when people talk cardio in MMA, it's both aerobic and anaerobic....big difference.
GSP may not be on anything but i'm betting more that he is. a lot of fighters are.
