George Foreman III makes his pro boxing debut

I am not getting my hopes up quite yet, but all I can say is....PLEASE BE GOOD. America NEEDS a dominate heavyweight back in the mix and it would be awesome if the son of one of the sports greatest fighters could make some waves.  Again...I'm not getting my hopes up.

WOW....
No Log, no Rockdawg, no Miss Foxy?  C'mon guys, you have to at least care a LITTLE about George Foreman's son coming into pro-boxing... My heart would break if this thread was reduced to little more than a "lean mean fat grilling machine" joke...

George Foreman is my favourite Boxer of all time, i love that man!
I went through a stage around 14 of reading lots of sporting biographies and especially on Boxers. Big George, i just absolutely loved even though he was violent man in his youth. Proof though that if frustrations can be channeled correctly then they can become great men. You got a link to the fight?

Sorry JB, had a wedding to attend this weekend, then moved some stuff from one house to the other, really busy! I knew about the fight because there was a link to an article on Pac's website. Pretty cool to hear! I would LOVE to see a dominant black heavyweight champ again. The HW division in boxing has been lost for too many years.

okay, HOLD IT!!! just watched the fight and it looks like the pulled his opponent off a barstool somewhere. VERY sloppy boxing by Foreman III. Not an impressive debut by any means, but here's hoping he keeps improving http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f1XJ7xnMUD0
