Anybody ever run barefoot? Seems to have a lot of benefits. I think I am going to start hitting some laps barefoot on the football field or something. |

Screw that. I don't need my feet getting all cut up on random sticks, rocks, bumble bees, etc.

I go barefoot at the gym but I do not run barefoot. There's too many ways to injure your feet and if your feet hurt, your screwed. That and I like to keep my feet moisturized and soft, not all callused and manly looking.

I notice in Muay Thai class my feet get cramps sometimes from being barefoot. I see that on the HIT squad warm up games some of the guys play barefoot. I guess it makes sense if you're going to be competing barefoot.
