I am sorry but I was not raised to be politically correct. The word has always been retarded and it is not a term of insult to me. It just means the mental capacity is retarded from normal abilities. Only those who are PC care about softening the terminology. I meant no personal insult. As for me being a pastor. I doubt God would be so trivial to worry about me using politically correct terms. He care more about the heart not the perception. I meant no harm and he knows it.
