Default Induction at Gym in one week

I start my gym on perscription...a ten week course next tuesday!

I have to admit that I put 1lb on last week I made a slip up on the thursday and didnt eat to well...I had a bottle of pop

But now im back on the horse

I tried it for the first time about 5 months ago and now I'm completely and totally addicted to it. Goooood stuf!

Its an English Breakfast.

As opposed to a Continental breakfast

Continental Breakfasts are all about bread rolls, fruit salads, cerials, and youghurts
