Brock is the #2 most purchased MMA fighter of all time (within any 1 year span) behind Chuck Liddell, but barely behind Chuck.

It's one of those things where people are curious about the "hype". Peeps like me are his fans and want to see him win, while others can't get over the fact that he was in the WWE, they feel he doesn't belong, which is just ridiculous, and they want to see him lose so they can say "I told you so!"

Both sides, like him or not, are curious. He brings a heck of a pedigree and fan base. Good business decision by Dana IMO.

If I was Sherk, and read that, I'd be pretty pissed haha.

Brock is probably the most athletic HW out there.

I like Lesnar. I like potential that he brings to the HW division. I don't care for some of the showboating that went on in the Herring fight, but I think that'll change. I don't want to see him fail/lose. With all that said, I really hope that he does improve and surround himself with a good wrestling based camp and not rely on his brute strength to get by.

I don't like Mir, I think he's an egotistical jerk. He's talented, but I think that he thinks way too highly of himself.

I certainly hope, for his sake, that he's not just sittin' around while Lesnar is training.

Later.

Mir better hope he finds an opening for a submission in the first minute of round 1. If not......he's toast!

I just think Mir is basically about as skilled as he is going to get. I know there are things he can try and work on and tighten up. Nog made his striking look way better than it is. Brock is still learning things and is only getting better right now. He knows what Mir is bringing, but Mir has to wonder what else Brock has learned since they fought last.

It's just going to be a bad night for Mir.
