Default I lost 8lbs this week



I just wanted to say thankyou to everyone whose helpped me. I've never lost so much in one week before...and I havent even been perfect...I mean...I havent ran all week.. I admit that on two days I ate things I shouldnt have and I didnt start on Franklins Water until like Friday

But I still lost 8lbs

....thats over half a stone

Unfortunately...I have about four more stones to go

You lost 8 pounds? Do you need any help finding it? I am pretty sure I seen VCU take it and run off with it.

When I have dieted before I'd lose about 5 pounds in the first week, that would be water.

But...Andreas, ive been ADDING litres of water a day!! I cant possibly have lost the water ive just drank AND 8lbs of water...when I only had about five to begin with, and have replaced them during the week...thanks to Rich Franklin

You didn't lose water. Just focus on the positive and ignore the negative (except when oit comes to lbs). let yourself have one reasonable cheat day a week.
