OK, so this past week was really busy getting ready for graduation, but I was able to make it into the gym on Tuesday for a light Back day:

• Hyper Extensions
  • 3x10
• Db Rows
  • 3x10 (40s, 50s, 50s)
• Db Pull overs
  • 3x10 (40s)

Like I said, it was a really light workout, but I was lucky to even have time for that. My mom had me mowing the lawn, edging the sidewalk, trimming trees, re-painting patio furniture, etc., etc., etc. to get ready for my graduation party yesterday.

Haha, I'm working on it. There actually weren't too many taken because my sister-in-law was working the camera & she couldn't come out side without being eaten alive by mosquitoes. She got a bunch at graduation & some more of the decorations & stuff, but most of my time was spent playing basketball & Ultimate with all my buddies.
