Well, depending on how you look at it, my workout was either really great, or really terrible.
  • Wieght
    • 212lbs
  • Warm-up
    • 15min on bike
  • Flat Bench (3x10)
    • W - 45
    • 1 - 75
    • 2 - 95
    • 3 - 115
  • Incline Bench (3x10)
    • 1 - 65
    • 2 - 85
    • 3 - 105
  • Decline Bench (3x10)
    • 1 - 65
    • 2 - 85
    • 3 - 105
If you're a pessimist, then it was bad because I'm 3lbs lighter (in weight) & 40lbs weaker (on decline) than when I stopped. If you're an optimist, then it was good because I didn't get any headaches.

Still not sure which I am...
