Default I took a week and a half off for wisdom teeth

and wow its kicking me in the @$$ on the first day back to wrestling. it wasnt that I had a hard time catching my breath or any thing but just my legs feel like rubber just after our daily 3.5 mile warmup and I was thinking holy crap I have 2 and a half hours left. I dint think just a week and a half would make such a difrence.

Not when you casually train. But if you train constantly it takes effect on you when you take a break

Don't worry, you'll bounce back. First day back after a break is always tough.

yea its for wrestling and very constante about 5 to 6 days a week for about 3hours a day. from about 3 to 6 every day after scool and sometimes on weekend is we have a match.
