I average maybe 5-7 times during my work day I of course drink A LOT of water.
you pee every hour

During my working day I pee perhaps twice. Once every...four hours

about 500ml in one go

I was only allowed on the water fountain for three seconds at a time in wrestling practice. And i would end up losing 3-5 lbs every practice. Some days we turned the temperature up in the room thats when we would really start to sweat. You just gotta have balls! Dont give into temptation. Dont be weak and miss your workouts. When you feel like staying in and pulling up the covers go out and run as hard as you can!

I can be quite aggressive...accidently splashing the backstroker as I pass...because its stupid to be doing backstroke when the pool is packed.

I refuse to get out of the way of those who splash and kick and stuff and I tut loudly and mutter under my breath deliberately

but I wouldnt pee in the pool (well I might next week when I'm bloated with water) I'm the sorta guy who feels when I fart and lots of little bubbles come up

Dave, on a informational note, I used to not really drink water either. But I promise it gets easier. I just finished my gallon a while ago, and I'm about to start on my surplus drinkage in preps for my MT/boxing class and running here in a lil bit.

I actually crave it now. Surprisingly, I don't crave soda in the way I used to. And it's getting easier to resist fatty food.

but have you lost weight?

I mean..a gallon of water weights heaps...I want to lose weight, not gain it...I cant afford to put weight on... Especially not water weight
