Hey, great pics Shawn! The gym looks great and I'm sure your buddies all appreciate having a place to train. do you have and heavy bags for striking?

Yeah, I have one heavy bag, a headache bag, kicking shield, focus mitts, and sparring gear. I want to get another bag, a grappling dummy, and a BOB (freestanding torso bag). I also have a tv, dvd player, and satellite tv in it as well. The satellite is to watch while on the treadmill or bike, the dvd player is for instructional videos, etc.
