Point deductions is a good idea.
Even in scholastic wrestling matches the official sometimes calls stalling...people not being aggressive enough or being too evasive.

I mean who is to blame Anderson or Thales, who decides?

The punishment is that the crowd boo's or the journalists or messageboards make their criticisms.

The punishment is a fall of PPV's when Anderson fights or that the ratings drop when he is on.

Furthermore the UFC punish boring fighters and in general look after fighters who turn up to fight.

I think people are throwing their toys out of the pram, come on how many instances has this happened in the last 20 ppvs?

Your right about priorities. They should perhaps tackle those fighters who accidently make low blows first. That has happened Substantially in the last 20 PPVs
