Sometimes it is better to take a day to let your body repair and rebuild. I took off class tonight, need to eat some extra calories and rest. Sat it is open mat and I plan to go to that.

I have a torn ligement in my shoulder.

It will be a while before I'm training 100% again. Too bad too cause I was sposed to fight soon

Aweee torn ligaments suck...I tore a ligament in my ankle second to last wrestling match my senior year still won though

Open mat is probably one of my favorites things to do....pull someone good aside and pick their brain for some good tech

That's what I figure. And they wouldn't have invited me if they didn't want to come. It isn't a regular class. So I will be there ready to roll and learn. More bruises to add to my growing collection. The NP at work told me to continue to wear long sleeves so the patients wouldn't think I am a batterred woman.
