I didnt microwave the tuna I ate it cold right outta the tin

I boiled the leeks...

I did use the microwave for the beans, but only to steam them, ive heard thats healthy...to steam

I had sardines at work last week in a salad...found them a bit small and a bit too salty

Squid rings are delightful! I had them on a bed of rice with steamed courgettes
