Default Fish Dish of the Week

Manx Kipper tonight

10 mins in the oven to bake, at a verrrra cheap cost of 90Pence

I am going to have it on a bed of fresh spinach, with some steamed broccoli (3mins in microwave) and some boiled new potatoes (15mins in pan)

Its cooking now, when its down I'll take a picture so you can see it and I'll tell you what I think of it.

Its a very meaty type of fish, very smooth, the bones which it has many of are not sharp but smooth so you can eat them also. Its very salty though, but I enjoyed it

Never had kippers but I love fish. And salt. I am having left over pizza from last night. It has pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives, tomatoes, green peppers, and roasted red peppers.

I'm a Southern Lady. I eat 'em with Tabasco while drinking a mint julep.

Never had a mint julep. I'm pretty sure you're making that up.

Mint julep is similar to a mojito. Love mojitos. And I really have eaten deep fried Rocky Mountain Oysters and had them with season salt and tabasco.

You know, I thought I'd love a Mojito, but no, no love for the mojito. :(
