I'm trying to believe that was some type of "Hawaiin" custom. Besides, I just can't hold it against him for getting to give Matt a kiss (strictly platonic of course).

I'm not personally invested in this fight at all. On one hand, I don't want to hear BJ's mouth if he's the champion in 2 weight classes, simultaneously. On the other hand, I don't want GSP to even come close to matching Matt's record of 5 consecutive title defenses.

I think the ideal outcome for me would be for BJ to win by some weak, controversial, split-decision victory, like last time. This way BJ continues to lose the respect of the fans and GSP loses the belt. That's a win/win situation for me, but maybe I'm just being selfish.
