I'll tell you why. He wouldnt put himself in the danger needed to finish the fight...even when it was absolutely minimal.
Watch Quarry and Starnes, then consider your statement.
If you refuse to engage, then there isn't a fight for somebody to finish.

Anderson couldn't finish because Thales spend the fight falling down everytime AS touched him,
and backing up.

Whatever. THe number 1 p4p fighter should have been able to put a stop to that and he didnt . Silva was doing the same damn thing leites was only he did it while standing , He didnt want to fight Thales fight and thales didnt want to fight andersons fight . So you got 2 guys int there that were scared of the others abilities and thats what we get , a stand up fighter with his hands on his hips and a bjj guy on his back

Big difference in those 2 fights , Starnes ran ANDDDDDD niether of these guys are touted p4p .

Andersons opponent LAYED DOWN IN FRONT OF HIM , and the """"p4p champ""" couldnt do anything . Its crap no matter which way you spread it.

Starnes ran away....Thales didnt do that.

there was plenty of exchanges on the feet, where if Anderson had kept following up his one shot wonders he might have KO'd Thales.

He spends so much time showboating that he doesnt use combination properly. Several times if he'd put a bit of effort in...he could have finished Thales.

Its a complete sham, that Anderson LET Thales go all the way to decision with him. Thales didnt deserve that honnor for the way he fought, and Anderson both could and should have stopped him.

at least Cote was genuine

Could that Anderson/Thales fight possibly be the worst UFC fight ever?

Well, like I've been saying for months, he ISN'T the number 1 p4p fighter,
why buy into everything Dana White says?
AS is completely dangerous, but number 1? no.

Silva was completely outstriking him, without being hit.
He was doing what Machida does, but better IMO.

Thales needed to lay it on the line esp in the later rounds,
when you're challenging for a title its your job to go in and take the belt.

Not even close.

I literally fell asleep during Tito/Rashad.
Like, snoring asleep, never happened before or since.
