Last week, I had a good week of training. Plenty of guys at the gym right now and I've been pushing myself pretty hard. This week looks pretty much the same as far as training goes. This weekend, I travel down to Orlando, Florida, for Dollamur Mats. Friday night, I'll be making an appearance at Buffalo Wild Wings with Matt Lindland.

Then Saturday I hurry up and come home so I can watch my buddy Chuck fight.

Last Friday, I went to a show down in Lake of the Ozarks. I have some friends in that area, so I gave them a call.

Joy (on the left) was my high school science teacher and Anna (right) is her daughter who is about 3 years younger than me. So I want to say thanks to them two for hanging out and helping me sell my shirts.

Once again my buddy Patrick Flanigan emailed me something I found pretty funny. I didn't think the President could take away Super Bowl titles, but I guess he can. To read more click HERE.

Well, the Dancing with the Stars thing was an April Fool's joke, I did find it funny how many people took me serious. What was even funnier was the people who thought it was a joke at first and then came back and thought it could be for real. I found this on the forums and obviously this person thought it was real, but then came back and deleted the post:

Bonnie don't feel bad, you weren't the only one that I got.

I used ot be even more naive, NYC has made me more cynical but usual it still goes something like this:
Other person: Hey man I'm going to be on Letterman tonight accepting a lottery check
Me: Yeah right!
Other person: no, really, I'm going to be on there at 10:26!
Me: Sweet! That is so awesome, I'll try to stay up and watch it. Conratulations!!
