Much of this information is based on the book The Five Love Languages by Gary Chapman; but this lesson's main focus is on how a man should love his wife.

I read "The Five Love Languages" as a recommendation from a friend a few years ago...it was one of the best books I've ever read.

(In regard to the UFC 111 blog) I have read this book & liked it very much. GREAT book. Wonderful insight. So important to keep the different "tanks full" - awesome lessons for everyday life, every relationship...Now I want to find where I put it & read it again....

Thanks for the excerpt, I missed it the first time.

I try to remember to be grateful every day for my better half; even when I get REALLY mad about something, I make myself think "how would you feel if he was suddenly taken away, or got sick?". That always brings whatever I'm peeved about right back into the proper perspective.

Relationships...they're an ongoing process, eh?
