Default Serra's Coach Talks Strategy Against Matt Hughes

As well as the TUF house, his martial arts history and how the sport changed

Starts around 6:40

Number one strategy: "Be in good shape"

Says Matt's fight with Serra will be "his last hoorah"

let me guess?

Week before the fight, throw a demonstration and pull a muscle

Use that as an excuse not to make weight

Win by consistant fouls...kick him in the nuts in round one...eye poke him in round two

Hope that in round three you can headbutt him so hard (by accident obviously) that you the bout has to be rulled a no contest.

Then wait for him to retire before the date of a rematch...et viole

because thats the only game plan that stands to put Serra in the winning seat

okay so the ive watched the video, the trainer seems quite likeable actually.

I guess Serra is just one of many people he trains...so perhaps the camp isnt that Hostile,.....perhaps its more Serra himself

HE needs to talk some respect into Serra. Longo actually seems very cool.

I think Longo is obviously a little more mature and really is above the squabbling.

Good on him, the problem is Serra has a strong personality and an overbearing one so when he goes on one about Matt, the others just let him get on with it.

People like Longo don't care, men like Drago who idolise Serra go along with him.

You can definitely tell a MAN vs a BOY in his ways. I commend Longo for being respectful. Serra is just a jealous piece of garbage that carries a cocky attitude and constantly contradicts himself...Uggg.

Longo really stressed that Serra needs to get into shape. last time i saw him on Dana's blog he was pushing 220 (at least). He's got a lot of weight to cut. I think he's going to show up out of shape and get beat bad.
