Chuck Vs. Shogun at UFC 97

I can't believe how bad Shogun looked against Coleman. If he doesn't fix his Cardio Chuck will beat him. LOL at Chuck winning by Cardio. Should be exciting though.

Aye.. They certainly aren't taking it easy on Shogun.

Should be a good fight, lets hope Shogun can get this fight down and not just have a Slugfest.

Im not excited for this fight. Sure they are big names but haven't done much to credit co main event status. Or main card status for that matter.

Errrmmmm... while I am not a Hua fan... You do know who Chute Box is/was right? Shogun has defeated a rather large amount of top 10/20 fighters..

see here's the thing though, he said they don't deserve co main event status...well career wise, yes...but what have you done for me lately? if you ask yourself that, then his comment was probably right

well.. I don't look at it that way.

another way to think about it.. What has Matt done for us lately?

Every one is going to lose.. doing nothing but winning shows your not competing against the right people..

Chuck has lost a few.. but still a bad ass.. Shogun, I am not the biggest fan.. but still this will be something WELL worth seeing..

Do we think that Serra/Hughes should not be a co-main event?

No belts are up.. but are coming of a fight that they didn't win..
This will prolly be a main event.

I really think that who ever loses this fight might be done in the UFC. Chuck is getting old and like someone pointed out he has lost 3/4. Shogun is still young but he has not looked good in the UFC and unless he looks great in a loss I cant see Dana keeping him.

difference is Matt vs Sarah is a interesting fight because of the hate they have for each other and everything that has led up to it...Shogun and chuck don't have beef, but both have been less than stellar lately
